Backyard Apiaries was established with the mission of bringing the joy of having honey bees to individuals who may not be seasoned beekeepers.

Through our expert beekeeping services and comprehensive apiary management, we cater to both private individuals and corporate clients within Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Prince George’s counties in Maryland. We prioritize the well-being of your bee colonies by using best management practices and performing regular health evaluations, assuring the utmost vitality of your hives.

Additionally, while managing your hives and harvesting fresh local honey, we are always happy to educate our clients and keep them up to date on the health and status of their bees.

Eric has also provided us with an education about the benefits and uses of honey and tinctures....healing properties, etc. Especially helpful when a family member was going through cancer treatments!
